Abstract
This paper explores the relationship between sildenafil citrate in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and a potential increase in the prevalence of ED by analyzing the data of the International Society for Erectile Dysfunction (ISED) survey in the region of Nigeria. The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of sildenafil citrate in the treatment of ED in the region of Lagos, Nigeria.
The study was designed as a cross-sectional study in the province of Lagos. The sample was collected in the hospital, and the study was conducted in the city of Nubu. The study population was men aged between 18 and 65 years with a mean of 51.8 years (SD: 10.1) years of education and with a mean age of 54.4 years (SD: 9.7) years of age. Sildenafil citrate was the most recommended drug for the treatment of ED in this study. The study population was of male patients with ED in the province of Lagos. The study population had an average age of 51.9 years (SD: 10.5) years of age. The study population had an average of 18.8 years of education (SD: 6.8) and with a mean of 28.3 years (SD: 4.9) years of age. The study population was mainly males with a mean age of 45.8 years (SD: 9.3) years of age.
